Warranty Coverage by Mattress Type

We offer warranties on all our premium mattresses, including:

1. King Mattresses
2. Queen Mattresses
3. Single Mattresses
4. Folding Mattresses

What’s Covered Under Warranty?

Components Covered:

• Spring Core Mattresses – Any defect in the spring system (e.g., broken or protruding springs).
• Foam Core Mattresses – Any defect in the foam structure (e.g., cracks or permanent sagging beyond acceptable limits).
• Latex Core Mattresses – Any defect in the latex material (e.g., splitting or crumbling).
• Stitching & Edge Support – Defects due to stitching slippage in edge bands.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

1. Improper Use or Care – Excessive soiling, stains, or liquid damage (water, alcohol, etc.).
2. Incorrect Storage or Installation – Using the wrong bed base size or improper handling.
3. Normal Wear & Tear – Sagging up to 20mm is considered normal.
4. Exposure to Outdoor/Humid Conditions – Damage from outdoor use or high humidity.
5. Improper Cleaning Methods – Harsh chemicals or incorrect cleaning techniques.
6. Sunlight Damage – Fading, pilling, or fabric tearing due to direct sunlight exposure.
7. Liquid or Electric Damage – Spills affecting fabric or electronic components (if applicable).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your mattress has a manufacturing defect:

3. Inspection – Our team may arrange an inspection if needed.

2. Claims must be made within the warranty period (varies by mattress model).
