What’s Covered Under Warranty?
Components Covered:
- Spring Core Mattresses – Any defect in the spring system (e.g., broken or protruding springs).
- Foam Core Mattresses – Any defect in the foam structure (e.g., cracks or permanent sagging beyond acceptable limits).
- Latex Core Mattresses – Any defect in the latex material (e.g., splitting or crumbling).
- Stitching & Edge Support – Defects due to stitching slippage in edge bands.
What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper Use or Care – Excessive soiling, stains, or liquid damage (water, alcohol, etc.).
- Incorrect Storage or Installation – Using the wrong bed base size or improper handling.
- Normal Wear & Tear – Sagging up to 20mm is considered normal.
- Exposure to Outdoor/Humid Conditions – Damage from outdoor use or high humidity.
- Improper Cleaning Methods – Harsh chemicals or incorrect cleaning techniques.
- Sunlight Damage – Fading, pilling, or fabric tearing due to direct sunlight exposure.
- Liquid or Electric Damage – Spills affecting fabric or electronic components (if applicable).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
